BOM and LIOF (Limburg Development Company) are visiting Korea end of April (23-29 April) to visit prospects, current investors and to speak at an investment seminar organised by the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency. BOM and LIOF will join forces in the promotion of southern Netherlands to a large audience of Korean businessmen.

Korea has been an impressive growth market in the past years and interest of Korean companies of setting up activities in the Netherlands are ever increasing. A good example is the decision of Hi Logistics LG in 2009 to concentrate its logistics activities for Northwest Europe in the city of Oosterhout. In the past years also Ssangyong Motors and Samsung Electronics invested in Brabant for their European logistics activities.
